Hybrid Capital places financing for two properties totaling $11.37 million

Hybrid Capital Inc. recently completed the following transactions: *Permanent financing totaling $7.8 million was placed for an 80-unit apartment building known as Bay Ridge. *Permanent financing totaling $3.57 million was placed for Ocean Parkway, which consists of 30 sponsor co-op units.
