Hunt Corp. handles 8,605 s/f industrial lease renewal

According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Brenner Photo Productions, Inc., has renewed their lease of 8,605 s/f of industrial space at 125 Newtown Rd. Hunt represented the landlord, Anton-Cerrone Associates, Inc. in the negotiations. Brenner Photo Productions is a full service commercial digital photography studio servicing the metropolitan area for over 30 years. Brenner uses the space for their corporate headquarters , studio productions, storage and a place to meet and work with clients. "Brenner Photo Productions is now providing video services to its clients, so the landlord agreed to reconfigure the space and build-out a video stage as well as video productions rooms as part of the renewal agreement," said David Hunt, president of Hunt Corporate Services."
