Horn of HPNY sells Bronx package for $5.25 million
Alex Horn of HPNY has sold a four-building package in for $5.25 million. The buildings were located at 1040,1045, 1053 Boynton Ave. and 1820 Grand Concourse. Three of the buildings are four-story walk-up buildings with 60 apartments. The other building is a five-story walk-up with 28 apartments and three stores. Alex Horn of HPNY represented the buyer and the seller, which was a local investor (Bronx Investors LLC.)
