Hirsch of Milbrook Properties leases 2,707 s/f to The Grill

Charles Hirsch, Milbrook PropertiesHauppauge, NY According to Milbrook Properties, Ltd., the grand reopening was held for restaurant The Grill, located at 160 Adams Ave. A 10-year lease was negotiated for the 2,707 s/f space. Other tenants of the center include Dunkin’ Donuts, Blimpies, Barringtons and Sexy Salad. Charles Hirsch, president of Milbrook was the broker in the deal.
