Hartz Mountain leases 45,770 s/f warehouse space to Capital Supply

According to Hartz Mountain Industries, Capital Supply Co. has leased 45,770 s/f of warehouse space at 111-115 Castle Rd. This is the 53 year old company's first facility in N.J. Capital continues to occupy its facilities in N.Y The warehouse's close proximity to New York, as well as easy access to the adjacent Secaucus Transfer Station, were important attractions for Capital Supply, said VP John Ambrosini. But it was the pricing comparison for a similar space in Manhattan that made Secaucus emerge as the best choice. "We looked at Queens and the Bronx, which were both cheaper than Manhattan, but we saw the best savings and value in Secaucus," said Ambrosini. "And the ease of getting in and out of Manhattan from this location is very important to us, since the majority of our business services New York City." "We are pleased that Manhattan-based firms continue to see the strong value of Hartz's facilities in North Jersey, and our organization looks forward to a long relationship with Capital Supply," said Emanuel Stern, president and COO of Hartz Mountain.
