Harris of Newmark Knight Frank represents tenant in 3,824 s/f lease at Handler's 561 7th Avenue

Handler Real Estate Org. has arranged a long-term, 3,824 s/f headquarters lease at 561 7th Ave., with SearchOne Advisors LLC taking the entire 18th floor. With this latest lease, Handler brings its office building to 98% occupancy. Located in Times Sq. South, 561 Seventh Ave. is an 81,214 s/f office tower with 24-hour/7-day access, an attended lobby and on-site security. Erik Harris, of Newmark Knight Frank, represented the tenant. Handler Real Estate Org. is a boutique, full service real estate company based in New York City. For more than half a century, the "Handler Brand" has been synonymous with the development, management and leasing of "premium" real estate in New York City as well as throughout the country.
