Harold D. Baker & Co. arranges $5.05 million first mortgage financing

Harold D. Baker & Co., Inc. has arranged first mortgage financing in the amount of $5.05 million for a CVS ground lease in Mineola, N.Y. The property is a 1.31 acre parcel under a long term net lease to CVS located at the intersection of Jericho Turnpike (Rte. 25) and Roslyn Rd. CVS will construct a CVS/Pharmacy of approximately 12,900 s/f on the site. The permanent loan was placed for Lon Goldstein, the developer of the site, with RiverSource Life Insurance Company. Harold D. Baker & Co., Inc., specializes in the arrangement of real estate financing including permanent mortgages, acquisition loans, mezzanine financing and construction loans.
