Hansen and Petrie of CresaPartners lease 2,400 s/f for Buddy Media
CresaPartners has negotiated a short term, 2,400 s/f lease on the eighth floor of 1841 Bdwy. on behalf of Buddy Media, a developer of applications and the underground currency "AceBucks" for social media site Facebook. The tenant has begun occupancy.Kristian Hansen, an advisor at CresaPartners and Jack Petrie, senior vice president of CresaPartners, represented the tenant. Walter Morrison represented Eastgate Realty, the building owner.
"The company was looking for a short-term lease on the Upper West Side that allowed for flexibility in the event of rapid growth," said Hansen.
