Hakimian of Itzhaki Props. brokers $12.65m sale of 50,000 s/f SoHo bldg.
Itzhaki Properties has completed the sale of, 64-68 Wooster St., an eight-story elevator loft building with 6,500 s/f of retail and a 7,000 s/f basement in SoHo. The 50,000 s/f building is located between Spring and Broome Sts. Ivan Hakimian, managing partner of Itzhaki, has been working on this deal for four years.
"I didn't give up until I was able to make a deal with the seller, I never lost the confidence," said Hakimian.
The property consists of 10 commercial units and eight residential units. The subject was sold to Zar Properties for $12.65 million. Hakimian represented both the buyer and the seller.
