According to Itzhaki Properties, the firm has recently completed the sale of 881-87 5th Ave. The two contiguous 4-story walk-up buildings sold for $3.7 million.
The mixed-use properties contain a total of 28 apartment and four retail units. The properties are located between 36th and 39th Sts. in the Sunset Park neighborhood and contain a total of 20,000 s/f.
