Hakimian and Feldman of Itzhaki broker $2.695m sale of two bldgs.

Itzhaki Properties has completed the sale of 455-459 61st St. located in the Sunset Park neighborhood between 4th and 5th Aves. These two four-story buildings have a combined 32 units and a total of 27,520 s/f. The buildings sold for $2.695 million. Ivan Hakimian, managing partner of Itzhaki, represented the buyer, while Andrew Feldman, managing partner of Itzhaki, represented the seller.
