Akerman Senterfitt expanded its office and real estate practice group, with new attorney Robert Haggerty Jr. joining the firm as of counsel. Haggerty's practice focuses on real estate transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial leasing, parking management and lending. He joins the firm from the Central Parking System.
Haggerty will be an immediate asset to the Distressed Property Group at Akerman. He also brings a commercial leasing background, having served as lead counsel on numerous long-term multi-million dollar leases in the city. He earned his law degree from Fordham Law School and is admitted to the N.Y. bar.
