Hackett of Metro Realty Services completes land sale
Central Islip, NY Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services, LLC sold 0.84 acres of land which included buildings totaling 1,371 s/f at 1599 Ferndale Rd.
The property sold for for $850,000.
Jeremy Hackett represented both the buyer, TD Supplies Inc., and the seller, TPT Realty Corp.
