Central Islip, NY Metro Realty Services, LLC negotiated two sales transactions.
Jeremy Hackett of Metro Realty Services sold a 4,800 s/f industrial/warehouse building at 135 Brightside Ave. to Allstate Carburetor & Fuel Injection Inc. for $1.399 million. The building has 16 ft. ceilings and two drive-in loading docks. Hackett represented the seller, Alfa Chemistry Inc., and Mike Quadrino of Concorde Realty represented the buyer.
And in Ronkonkoma, Hackett sold an 8,000 s/f industrial building at 90 Remington Blvd. to D-Five Ronkonkoma LLC for $2.45 million. The building, on a .58-acre lot, has 19 ft. ceilings, two drive-in loading doors, and includes 2,000 s/f of office space. Hackett represented both the seller, Janex Holding Corp, and the buyer.
