Greenblatt, Salvatico, Riney and Azarbarzin of Marcus & Millichap arrange $900,000 sale of 829 Willoughby Avenue, Brooklyn

Marcus & Millichap, one of the leading commercial real estate investment service firms with offices throughout the United States and Canada, arranged the sale of 829 Willoughby Ave., a 3-unit apartment property, according to John Horowitz, regional manager of the firm's Brooklyn office. The asset sold for $900,000 which represented $267 per s/f. Dan Greenblatt, Michael Salvatico, Shaun Riney and Aryaan Azarbarzin from Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Greenblatt, Salvatico, Riney and Azarbarzin. "Buyers saw the value in a vacant brownstone with significant re-development potential, in Bed-Stuy, which continues to rapidly evolve as a neighborhood. My associates and I put the deal in contract within three days of marketing the property," said Azarbarzin.
