Greenberg and Wolfson of ERG secure 3,280 s/f retail space

ERG Property Advisors arranged the long-term lease of a retail space at 1215 Jericho Turnpike. The 3,280 s/f retail space sits amongst an array of specialty shops, eateries, and national retailers including Subway, Dunkin' Donuts, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Bank of America, Roslyn Savings Bank, Crown Trophy, State Farm Insurance, Allstate Insurance, and a BP Fuel Station. The property is steps away from New Hyde Park City Hall as well as New Hyde Park's Long Island Railroad station, attracting an excellent amount of daily foot traffic. The property was leased in a transaction valued above market rate. ERG's Andrew Greenberg and Jeffrey Wolfson represented both the landlord and the tenant.
