Greenbelt receives $15,000 Green Cinderella grant from National Grid

According to developers Derek Denckla, Propeller Group, and Gregory Merryweather, architect, and marketing agent David Maundrell, president of aptsandlofts.com, Greenbelt, an energy-efficient condo development in Williamsburg, has been chosen as the recipient of a $15,000 Green Cinderella grant from National Grid. The program was created to raise awareness and interest in the development of building technologies utilizing green components. The program uses the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) rating system.
