Gourianov of Kalmon Dolgin brokers $1.25 million sale of 7,500 s/f property

According to Neil Dolgin, executive vice president of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, in a transaction valued at $1.25 million, Dmitri Gourianov of the firm arranged the sale of a 7,500 s/f property. The subject is located at 1030/1032 Wyckoff Ave., Ridgewood. Gourianov negotiated on behalf of the buyer, LS Sign Company. Chou's Realty represented the seller, 1030 Wyckoff Ave. LLC. The purchase encompasses a 5,000 s/f, single-story warehouse and 2,500 s/f land parcel allowing the buyer both indoor and outdoor usages. A former textile factory, the property is situated between Stephen and George Sts. and features heavy power, drive-in doors and high ceilings.
