Gottlieb of Schuckman leases Garden City Park retail space
Garden City Park, NY Schuckman Realty has facilitated the leasing of a 2,000 s/f retail space at “The Point at Garden City Park” Shopping Center, located at 2313 Jericho Tpke. on a ten year lease.
Edward Gottlieb, CRX, CLS of Schuckman Realty Inc. represented the landlord, Regency Centers. The tenant, Diamond Braces was represented by Matthew Kucker of Colliers..
This very desirable dental practice was attracted to the “The Point” Shopping Center after Regency Centers completed a comprehensive renovation of the center, including a new façade and wide range of site improvements. Diamond Braces is expected to open October 1st, 2022.
