The center is anchored by Kmart and junior anchors Family, Aubuchon Hardware, and Dollar Tree. The centers tenants are a mix of national and local retailers including Radioshack, Sally Beauty Supply, and Olympia Sports.
The center also includes a dark Shaw's grocery with nine years remaining on their initial lease. "Our current plan is either to back-fill the former Shaw's box with a national retailer or simply to collect coupon payments for the remaining term," said Gorjian of Namdar Realty.
