Ryan Goodfellow, a commercial sales and leasing agent for JF Real Estate, represented the buyers in two real estate transactions:
* Downtown Decorations, Inc., an international provider of commercial decorations and displays, purchased the 21,000 s/f building located at 6724 Joy Rd., for $480,000 from 6724 Joy Rd Properties, Inc.
* and Grant Kemmerer, a business owner from Syracuse, purchased the 5,600 s/f apartment building located at 140 Foxboro Rd. for $200,000 from Jeremy Welsh.
