Global Holdings leases 50% of 26-story Anagram Columbus Circle

Manhattan, NY Global Holdings, the international real estate development and investment firm founded and led by Eyal Ofer, has marked its luxury residential tower, Anagram Columbus Circle, as 50% leased. Located near the Columbus Circle area, the 26-story property has attracted residents from around the globe due to its condo-level design, amenities and location.

“Just like we saw with our blockbuster NYC residential development projects 15 Central Park West, Greenwich Ln. and 520 Park, demand for the best of the best continues as the market shifts toward premium rentals,” said Ofer. “As Global Holdings continues to expand its luxury residential portfolio, Anagram Columbus Circle reflects what a premium living experience in the city should be.”

Located at the corner of West 60th St. and Bdwy., the 123 residences range from studios to expansive four-bedroom apartments including three penthouses at the building pinnacle. Designed by INC Architecture & Design, the building’s condo-level design and 13,000 s/f amenities package have contributed to its success.

Anagram Columbus Circle’s contemporary façade, inspired by the views of Columbus Circle and Central Park, as well as the site’s triangulation and Broadway’s defining diagonal geometry, marks the second property within the Anagram brand. Global Holdings - responsible for some of the most significant luxury residential developments in NYC, will continue to expand its Anagram offerings and develop in select neighborhoods.
