Glazer of Buckingham Properties leases 8,640 s/f to Rainbow Apparel

Buckingham Properties arranged the signing of Rainbow Apparel to lease 8,640 s/f at Lyell Shopping Center. The 62,810 s/f retail plaza is located at 1320-1370 Lyell Ave. at Mt. Read Blvd. The clothing and accessories store is set to open this summer, and brings the plaza to full capacity. Buckingham's leasing agent Rick Glazer closed the deal with Scott Burdett of Flaum Management Co., Inc., Rainbow Shops' representative.
