Gilbane Development selects THE CABOT GROUP to manage Mount Hope Lofts

THE CABOT GROUP has been selected by Gilbane Development Co. to manage and lease the new Mount Hope Lofts at College Town. The 17-acre mixed-use development consists of commercial and residential space adjacent to the University of Rochester Medical Center and provides the community a vibrant, one-of-a-kind place to live, learn, dine, shop, work and play. The Mount Hope Lofts consist of 154 second, third and forth-story residential units that line Mount Hope Ave. and Elmwood Ave. In addition to the Mount Hope Lofts, College Town will consist of a 20,000 s/f market, a two-level Barnes & Noble university/community bookstore, a 136-room Hilton Garden Inn, 50,000 s/f of new class A office space, and numerous new shops and restaurants.
