GFP and Colliers lease 2,695 s/f to LightBulb Live

Manhattan, NY GFP Real Estate said that LightBulb Live Inc. has signed a new four-year lease for 2,695 s/f on the 14th floor of 520 Eighth Ave.

Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate; Clint Dewey of Colliers represented the tenant. The new space will serve as the LightBulb Live’s general and executive offices; the company will relocate from 1412 Bdwy.
