GCP Capital Group arranges 13 mortgages totaling $195.255 million

New York, NY GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing in the amount of $195.255 for the following 13 properties: • $85.37 million for a portfolio of 18 multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 646 apartments and 29,700 s/f of commercial space, located in the Washington Heights section of Manhattan. Alan Perlmutter, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio. • $64.5 million for a portfolio of nine multifamily apartment buildings containing a total of 419 apartments and 52 commercial units, located throughout Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing for this portfolio. • $8.5 million for a five-story apartment building containing 19 apartments, located on East 89th St. in Manhattan. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. • $5.85 million for a five-story multifamily building containing 21 apartments, located on West 137th St. in Manhattan. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. • $4.4 million for two adjacent residential buildings containing a total of 53 apartments, located in the Norwood section of the Bronx.  Brostovski arranged the financing. • $4.3 million for a four-story residential building containing 38 apartments, located on Coney Island Ave. in Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. • $3.95 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing 35 apartments and one commercial unit, located on Rochambeau Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing for this property. • $3.95 million for a five-story apartment building containing 31 apartments and 1,500 s/f of commercial space, located on West 190th St. in Manhattan. Perlmutter arranged the financing. • $3.8 million for a five-story apartment building containing 43 units, located on Fulton Ave. in the Bronx.  David Sessa, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. • $3 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing seven apartments and one commercial unit, located in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan. Jack Fried, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing for this property. • $2.93 million for a six-story apartment building containing 20 apartments and 2,550 s/f of commercial space, located on Crescent Ave. in the Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. • $2.675 million combined financing for two one-story, single tenant commercial buildings comprised of 5,250 total s/f, located on Steinway St. in Queens. Matthew Classi, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. • $2  million for the development of an existing one-story plus mezzanine commercial building into a residential condominium project, located in Long Island City, Queens. Greenbaum arranged the financing for this property.
