GCP Capital Group LLC has arranged mortgage financing totaling $103.125 million for the following 16 deals: * $22.45 million for a portfolio of multiple apartment buildings containing a total of 46 apartments and ground floor commercial, located throughout Manhattan. Adam Hakim, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $20 million for a ground floor and lower level retail condo comprised of 20,560 s/f, located in the Chelsea section of Manhattan. Hakim arranged the financing. * $11 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 62 units and 5,900 s/f of commercial space, located on Broadway, Manhattan. Paul Greenbaum, managing member of GCP, arranged the financing. * $11 million for six elevator apartment buildings containing a total of 117 units on Union St., Brooklyn. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $9.5 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 43 units and 6,100 s/f of commercial space, located on West 176th St., Manhattan. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $7.75 million for a six-story apartment building containing 85 units, located on Sheridan Ave., Bronx. Greenbaum arranged the financing. * $5.775 million for a six-story mixed-use building containing 57 apartments and six stores on Sedgwick Ave., Bronx. Adam Brostovski, principal of GCP, arranged the financing. * $5.35 million for a six-story apartment building containing 61 units and 5,000 s/f of commercial space, located on Jerome Ave., Bronx. Brostovski arranged the financing. * $4.5 million for two contiguous six-story apartment buildings containing a total of 84 units, located on Cauldwell Ave., Bronx. Michael Charnowitz, senior associate of GCP, arranged the financing. * $4 million for a five-story mixed-use building containing 49 units and 1,450 s/f of commercial space, located on Davidson Ave., Bronx. Charnowitz arranged the financing. * $2 million for a three-story mixed-use building containing four apartments and seven stores, located on 104th St., Queens.
