Galin of Handler leases 3,944 s/f - 561 Seventh Avenue

Handler Real Estate Org. has arranged a long-term, full-floor renewal at 561 Seventh Ave., where law firm Lazarus & Harris LLP will continue to occupy its 3,944 s/f space on the 11th floor. Scott Galin, principal of Handler, represented the landlord in-house. There was no tenant broker. Situated at the northeast corner of West 40th Street and Broadway, the nearly 100-percent leased 561 Seventh Avenue is an 81,214-square-foot office tower with 24-hour/7-day access, an attended lobby, and on-site security. London-based sushi and bento restaurant Wasabi is scheduled to open its U.S. flagship location on the ground floor of the building later this year.
