Gagliardi and Daitch of Janover Graduate from ConvergenceCoaching program

Garden City, NY According to Janover LLC, Christopher Gagliardi, CPA and Tammy Daitch, CPA, have graduated from the ConvergenceCoaching 2020-21 Spring Transformational Leadership Program (TLP).

Gagliardi is a partner at Janover, where he leads the firm’s virtual CFO support services team providing assistance to private and middle market public companies. Gagliardi’s practice also focuses on assurance and consulting services organizations in the construction and financial services industries. In addition, as a member of the firm’s Quality Control department, Gagliardi helps develop efficiencies across assurance engagements, as well as implements the latest technologies in the firm’s assurance department.

Daitch is a principal at Janover, where she is a member of the tax compliance and reporting and the attest and assurance teams. Daitch’s practice focuses on retail and franchising, professional services, family and closely held businesses and charities, foundations and nonprofits.

The year-long TLP helps future leaders identify their strengths and areas for improvement and develop strategies and skills to drive performance improvements and prepare for meaningful roles in leading and managing their firms.
