G.S. Wilcox & Co. secures $10.7 million in financing for Long Island Supermarket

South Huntington, NY G.S. Wilcox & Co. recently announced that Principal David Fryer has secured $10.7 million in financing for a 70,000 s/f supermarket, 100% leased by a brand name grocer. The site enjoys direct access to the Jericho Tpke., just north of the Northern State Pkwy. and the Long Island Expressway. 

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a correspondent life insurance company lender of the firm, financed the loan with a 15-year term and 30-year amortization. The company also provided the existing mortgage on the property which David Fryer also originated.  

“We are excited to assist our client on the refinancing of another great property.” said Fryer.
