Koeppel Rosen leases 3,715 s/f to Chelsea Arts Tile + Stone at 245 West 29th St.

Manhattan, NY Koeppel Rosen LLC negotiated a new 3,715 s/f, seven-year, seven-month lease for Chelsea Arts Tile + Stone LLC at 245 West 29th St.

The new lease will comprise a partial space on the fourth floor of the building and will be used as an office/showroom for Chelsea Art Tile + Stone. Max Koeppel,director of leasing at Koeppel Rosen, represented ownership in-house. Michael Nazarian with Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc. represented the tenant.

Chelsea Art Tile + Stone is a supplier and fabricator of tile and stone products.

 serving New York City’s architectural, design, and construction communities. Known for its craftsmanship, curated materials, and custom solutions, the company specializes in bringing high-end stonework and tile installations to both residential and commercial projects.

Constructed in 1929, 245 West 29th St. is a 17-story 99,588 s/f office building located in Midtown Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood. The building was designed by architect Julius Eckman and is Energy Star certified.

The property has concrete floors, plenty of natural light, 24-hour building access, and street-level retail stores. The building is home to several tenants including The French Paradox, Bellantuono Dance Studio and Christopher Farr.
