The loan was originated with Redwood Commercial Mortgage Corp. with the borrower being Associates of Rockland County, LLC. The loan is for four flex warehouse buildings consisting of 210,563 s/f. The subject property is located at 612 & 614 Corporate Way, and 704 & 706 Executive Blvd., in Rockland County. The rate was fixed for 10 years with a 30 year amortization.
