Forchelli Deegan Terrana names Partain a partner

Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP (FDT) welcomes Rachel Partain to the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates and Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups as a partner. Partain advises high-net-worth individuals, corporations and partnerships in regard to complex federal and state tax matters.  She concentrates in contested tax controversies.

Prior, Partain was a member of a national law firm known for its comprehensive tax legal services.

Partain earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and her B.A. from The University of Texas at Arlington.
