Forchelli Deegan Terrana partner Gordon featured in City & State's 2025 Long Island Trailblazers List

Uniondale, NY According to Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP, John Gordon, a partner in the firm’s industrial development agency (IDA) benefits and government incentives practice group, was featured in City & State's 2025 Long Island Trailblazers list. This list shines a spotlight on trailblazers from Long Island in business, higher education, labor and more.

Gordon is a real estate attorney with a focus on helping developers and businesses in Nassau and Suffolk Counties navigate through the process of obtaining tax incentives through the IDA and financing through other municipal agencies. Real estate projects on which he has worked have been recognized for changing Long Island through design, construction, project management, lending, innovation and more.
