Pura Vida Miami lease 4,000 s/f at 79 Front St.

Manhattan, NY Two Trees Management Co. said that wellness lifestyle brand and all-day cafe Pura Vida Miami signed a lease at 79 Front St.

Pura Vida Miami’s new 4,000 s/f DUMBO outpost will mark its seventh New York City location. The Miami-born brand expanded to New York in July 2024, and its growth demonstrates the demand for its wellness-driven, community-focused healthy food concept. The new location will feature Pura Vida Miami’s menu of wholesome, quality-driven dishes crafted from whole, naturally grown, and unprocessed ingredients.

using clean, seed-oil-free cooking methods—including all-day breakfast, artisanal coffee, matcha and teas, colorful chef-driven salads, wraps, sandwiches, bowls, superfood smoothies, cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, açaí bowls, and fresh-baked goods.

“Our expansion to DUMBO represents more than just another opening — it’s a meaningful step in our New York journey. We’re excited to join this vibrant community and invite locals and visitors to experience the Pura Vida Miami lifestyle as we continue redefining healthy dining across the city,” said Omer Horev, founder and chief executive officer of Pura Vida Miami.

“Pura Vida Miami’s expansion to DUMBO reflects the neighborhood’s growing reputation as a destination where creativity, culture, dining, and wellness converge. As the office and residential markets continue to thrive, high-quality food and beverage concepts are arriving to meet demand and contribute to DUMBO’s evolving streetscape. The brand’s focus on fresh and neighborly cuisine is an ideal fit for this community,” said Alyssa Zahler, managing director of commercial leasing at Two Trees, who facilitated the lease in-house.

Over the past decade, DUMBO has transformed into one of New York’s most dynamic neighborhoods – a designated design district with a mix of residential offerings, art and design galleries, national retailers, public green space, and an expanding food and retail scene that varies from casual, health-forward concepts to elevated, chef-driven restaurants. Pura Vida Miami will join a growing roster of neighborhood dining spots ranging from Springbone Kitchen, Sweetgreen, and Beepublic to Celestine and Gair. Scandinavian restaurant Hildur and Japanese restaurant Kinjo also just recently opened nearby in the neighborhood, with Jean-Georges’ anticipated abc kitchens coming soon.

Pura Vida Miami is scheduled to open in Q2 2026.
