International law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented its client, Teaneck-based real estate company Treetop Development (Treetop), in the company's $22 million purchase of a 12 building portfolio in the Morningside Heights area of the Upper West Side of the city. The portfolio consists of 132 residential units and 3 commercial units and is situated in a neighborhood that has seen increased real estate activity.
