Five Point Real Estate brokers $3.075 million sale
Bellmore, NY Five Point Real Estate handled the sale of a Mobil Gas Station located at 2798 Merrick Rd.
The sale price was $3.075 million.
Jerry Mancini represented the buyer, George Macchia, while Tyler Cranz acted on behalf of the seller, Dave Banner.
