Elmont, NY Wings & Things, the brainchild of Paul Madonna has sprouted wings and established a second location. The original unit started 20 years ago in taking over the former Bojangles location on Fulton St. in Hempstead.
Paul Madonna and his son Michael opened their second location at 1717 Dutch Broadway, at a corner location in the Western Beef Shopping Center.
Like the original unit, Wings & Things will feature their popular southern fried chicken, their famous ribs and of course their 99 cent menu along with their featured cornbread and biscuits.
Wings & Things were represented by Paul Fetscher, CCIM, SCLS, president of Great American Brokerage.
When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
