Fetscher has been in commercial real estate since 1969. He is president of Great American Brokerage, a firm specializing in restaurants and retail. Fetscher is past president of the New York Metro CCIM Chapter. He also continues to serve on the board of directors for the Long Island Commercial Network and the Greater Long Island Running Club.
NYSCAR is the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors.
Chartered in 1995, the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors is a specialty board of Realtors with statewide jurisdiction.
