Farrell of CBC Island Corp. Services brokers 4,200 s/f retail lease

MELVILLE, NY Leo Farrell, managing principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services, completed a 4,200 s/f, long-term lease at 859 Walt Whitman Rd. to TD Ameritrade. Farrell represented the landlord, Farber Property Group. Gregg Carlin, vice president of CBRE, Inc., represented the tenant.
