NYCRS has leased the lower level retail commercial space at 969 Third Ave. The property totals 3,000 s/f. The tenant was UBS Universal Spa. The tenant was represented by James Famularo and Ravi Idnani of NYCRS. The landlord was Friedland Properties with Aaron Prince and Sylvie Shames leasing on their behalf. The lease was a five year deal.
