The store is 1,110 s/f and is located on the ground floor of the Soho Mews. They exclusively represented the boutique owner, Yazid Aksas. Asking price for the space was $125 per s/f.
Currently, Aksas has San Francisco-based Aksel which sells fashion, shirts, socks, footwear along with accessories like iPad covers, all of which are made in Europe. This is the second high end fashion retail store Famularo and Idnani signed in this complex.
