Famularo and Idnani of NYCRS broker three leases totaling 3,300 s/f

NYCRS agents James Famularo and Ravi Idnani signed three leases totaling 3,300 s/f. The deals include: * A 500 s/f lease at 215 West 83rd St. with Ivivva Athletica, the kid/youth arm of Lululemon. The store/showroom space is located between Amsterdam & Broadway. * A 1,300 s/f, seven-year lease at 65 Fort Washington. The former medical space is a ground floor professional office. Famularo and Idnani represented the tenant, RedStream Technology, a staffing firm. The landlord was Stellar Management. * A 1,500 s/f, seven-year office lease at 2308 Broadway on the Upper West Side. The tenant is IBid Prep, a children enrichment center. Idnani represented the tenant and Famularo represented the landlord.
