716 Woodward Ave. in Ridgewood sold for $685,000.The property is a 3,500 s/f corner, 25 ft. wide, 2-story frame mixed-use building.
73-38 Cooper Ave. in Glendale sold for $900,000.The property is a corner "Gulf Oil" gas station on an 8,904 s/f lot. The land is improved by a one-story 1,530 s/f garage.
John Falco was the exclusive broker in both transactions.
