Fabrikant and Delavale of Breslin Realty broker 3,750 s/f long-term lease

Wantagh, NY Breslin Realty completed the signing of a long-term lease with The French Workshop Artisan Bakery at 1187 Wantagh Ave.

The French Workshop will be occupying 3,750 s/f in the Willow Wood Shoppes shopping center.

Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented the tenant in the transaction. Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization represented the landlord.

The French Workshop is an artisan bakery & café with a menu consisting of pastries, breads, macarons, cakes, pies, brownies, and coffee.

This will be their fourth location. The Breslin Organization recently opened The French Workshop in their co-owned Woodbury Plaza shopping center in Plainview, NY to tremendous success. There are also French Workshop locations in Bayside and Garden City.

Additional Willow Wood retail includes: Petco, Starbucks, ProHEALTH Urgent Care, Guac Shop, Jovia Financial Credit Union, Sterling Bank, Jani Restaurant, Club Pilates, Q1 Nails, and Moolala Frozen Yogurt.
