The Canterbury, a 49-unit 42,186 s/f renovated Beaux Arts elevatored apartment building on 204 West 108th St., has traded for $16.75 million.
Eastern Consolidated's vice chairman Brian Ezratty, together with senior directors Deborah Gutoff and Ronda Rogovin represented the seller, IGPF Canterbury LLC, while Eastern's director David Kalish procured the buyer, L.M. 204 W. 108 LLC.
The attorneys were Ross Gillman, Esq., of Goodwin Procter LLP, for the seller and Richard Adelman, Esq., of Cutler Minikes and Adelman, LLP for the buyer.
