Eppie joins CBRE as executive vice president

According to CB Richard Ellis, Peter Eppie, one of the top real estate executives in the New York tri-state region, has joined the firm's office services group as an executive VP. For the last 17 years, Eppie was with SJP Properties, most recently as executive VP. Prior to that, he was a managing director for the N.J. division of Edward S. Gordon. Eppie has been responsible for leasing, joint ventures, sales of buildings, land sales and other dispositions of buildings. Eppie is based in CBRE's Midtown Manhattan office. He has a bachelor of arts in marketing and finance from Babson College.
