Engel Burman named a top workplace

Jericho, NY Engel Burman has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by Long Island Press and Dan’s Papers. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Engel Burman is a fully integrated real estate company consisting of three highly specialized divisions—development, construction, and property management. Each division, with experts in their own respective and highly specialized fields, operates as one integrated team with one shared vision; to set Engel Burman apart through its commitment to exceptionalism and positive community impact.

“We are grateful to our team of seasoned professionals for supporting us for this honor as a Top Workplace three years in a row,” said Scott Burman, principal at Engel Burman and president of EB Construction. “It is their hard work, dedication, and support that allow us to develop, build, and manage quality places for people to live, work, and play.”

“During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business.”
