Entrepreneur Properties has completed the $3.9 million sale of 2-4 St. Nicholas Place in West Harlem.
This landmarked, 30-unit, six-story elevator building consists of two and three-bedroom apartments that are below market value.
Both the seller, Mann Realty Associates, and the purchaser, Zalman Management, were represented by Ami Efrati, president of Entrepreneur Properties.
This sale marks the fourth commercial property Entrepreneur Properties has sold since it opened for business in September 2011.
