Ecker named a partner and Hamada and Saperman of counsel at Moritt Hock & Hamroff

Garden City, NY According to the law firm of Moritt Hock & Hamroff, with offices on Long Island and Manhattan, Jennifer Ecker has been named a partner and Cindy Hamada and Dylan Saperman have been named of counsel at the firm. Ecker was formerly of counsel to the firm, while Hamada and Saperman had been associates.

“Jennifer, Cindy and Dylan have made significant contributions to our firm and are very deserving of these new positions,” said Marc Hamroff, managing partner. “We expect their impressive development to continue as they play a major role in our growth.”

Ecker has 18 years of experience in litigating complex real estate disputes.  The scope of her practice is diversified, and also includes all types of real estate related litigation, construction law, drafting, analyzing and negotiating commercial leases, counseling clients on landlord/tenant legal issues, as well as N.Y. condo and cooperative law. She is a member of the AREW and LIREG.

Hamada concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial real estate law. The scope of her practice is diversified and includes a variety of real estate, corporate and leasing transactions. She represents landlords and tenants, lending institutions, investors, real estate developers and corporations in the selling, leasing and refinancing of commercial and residential properties.    

Saperman focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, commercial lending, and not-for-profit law. He represents real estate owners and developers in the purchasing, selling, leasing and refinancing of commercial and residential properties. He also represents institutional and private lenders in commercial mortgage closings, including mezzanine loans and loan participations.

He also focuses his practice in the area of not-for-profit law, where he has represented several agencies in the securing and closing of tax exempt municipal bond financing for the development of residential and day program facilities, schools and administrative offices. He has also represented several not-for-profit agencies in the acquisition and refinancing of properties.
